Eating biscuits in over stools time
Since three days iam suffering from over stools problem whatever i eat mostly going out. That's why iam eating only curd rice with onion. no hot or spicy foods only curd rice... My question is can i eat cream biscuits in this time like "bourbon biscuits" ...?? Can i eat...????? Anything happens..??? Can i eat...?????

hello, Consult a general physician MD. sporolac sachet one immidiately, two three times u can take. Ors frequently fresh made. Nimbupani, coconut water,,butter milk, to take. You can take bourbon cream BISUCITS one or two when no loose motion you can have more. Don't worry u will be all right but follow instructions,n take curd rice, no onion. Ok.

Digestion is low. Dont eat curd rice or even any baked or biscuits.. flour/ maida stuffs again impairs digestion.. Curd is not suitable if indigestion origin loose motion
