Diffuse bulge of L5-S1 disc
Hello doctor my MRI report says that Diffuse bulge in L5-S1. Disc is intending the anterior subarachnoid space, however no obvious compression on thecal sac. I am having pain in leg while sitting. Please help me the proper treatment.

There could be other causes of your leg pain, either a muscle sprain or ligament pull. The disc bulge is not the cause. Take a few days rest, avoid sitting,  some anelgesics. You can try some Physiotherapy under supervision of a Physiotherapist. If pain still persists then consult a Neurospine specialist.
