In ct neck report it is mentioned that diffuse altered density of thyroid gland. Is it something wrong with the gland? Pls. Clarifybas i am really worried about it. Thanks

Diffuse altered density has a lot of differential diagnosis. But more commonly could be due to begin condition, so less worrying as of CT findings
Next Steps
Get a Thyroid Function test or TFT done. And consult a Surgeon so that clinical examination could be done and more definitive cure could be suggested
