Difficulty in breathing
I'm feeling difficult in breathing like I need full deep breath often. I'm able to get that full breath through yawning or keeping my body in some position. while sleeping I'm not sensing any such. This problem is during day when I woke up n until I go to bed. Why is this? Please help

Please review with a Pulmologist get a Spirometry and Xray chest. Do some Yoga breathing exercises.

Hi.. Check with your pft and chest xray... To rule out any lung issue... If it's normal.. Need to adress your anxiety or triggering factors for your air hunger
