Difficult on standing idle and on walk
Im 25 yrs male weight 90kgs having bp normal 105/57,I'm vegetarian from 3yrs ,I'm having vitamin b12 232 checked 6months before vitamin d 30.2pg ,before 1month I m having head reeling while standing and loss of sleep went to neuro ,given tablets such as evion lc,cobalfit tablet,beta histamine 16mg, amitriptyline tab ,used for 7 days better ,from 1week I'm having this symptoms upon standing idle my feet is vibration or like passing waves,while walk little reeling sensation ,sleep better ,what is the reason is this due to which  vitamin deficiency deficiency ,now from 5 days I'm eating egg

Your BP seems to be low and your giddiness may be because of that. There are some Vit B 12 related neurological conditions which should be excluded
