These antibiotics have different mechanism of action.some are bacteriostatic n some bactericidal,they have different classes
Act differently on different bacteria.
So they are prescribed as per the need

Difference in antibiotics is their source, their spectrum ( ie their range of usefulness), their adverse effects. All antibiotics can't be given to anyone and everyone.
I think that should clear your doubts.
All belong to bactericidal antibiotics group.Cefadroxil and Azithromycin are more effective in respiratory inflections.Cefuroxime and amoxy clavulinic acid are more effective in typhoid fever, skin infections.
