Hello,
Greetings from Dietitian Souvik Chakraborty,
You are perfect to have the consumption of eggs ( 1 whole+1 white) after your weight training.. taking omega is ok after a few months of practice. In my Sports Nutrition Career, I hardly suggest any medication if it's highly required for the betterment of your performance & power..
All the best 👍🏻.
Yes it is safe if you are doing hard core workout.
Make sure u taking around 4 lt of water.
Also make sure u r taking adequate salads to avoid constipation
Hi
Ideally 2 egg whites or 1 whole egg with 1 egg white is recommended. Cottage cheese quantity should be 60 gms as you have been taking supplements also … Excessive intake of proteins can put load over liver and can impair its efficiency
how much egg/paneer/ whey can be decided after considering your intensity of workout, your health goal , your current diet, health issues if any , etc. So i will suggest you to go for custamized diet plan from qualified dietiitian.
Gud afternoon pls consult general physician for dosage recommendation. According to my suggestion u should have a proper healthy balanced diet which helps in long run.
