Dear Doctor,
I'm a 24 year old working professional in IT sector. My problem is very common. I have a desk job and hence i get no time to exercise. I try to do what I can but I also feel hungry time to time. I heard that eating snacks like makhana, chivda and jowar popcorn are beeficial to health and low on calories. Can you please confirm the same and suggest what more can I do?
