Diet suggestion for LSTV patient
For 7 months I am suffering from chronic lower back pain, viewing my X-ray report radiologist diagnosed it for Lumbosacral Transitional vertebrae disease, I have no idea if it has to take anything with my food consumption anyway, what should i be consuming or what I should be avoiding ???

Eat a well balanced diet that helps with bone and joint health ..Include protein rich foods like beans ,eggs,mushrooms,chicken breast..along with good fats like nuts and seeds and also calcium rich foods like leafy greens and keep a check on your vitamin D.. Avoid : Processed foods Sugary foods Oily and fried foods
