Hello.... The common causes of low stamina are 1. Low haemoglobin 2. Low iron levels, 3 low b12 levels 4. Low vitamin D levels 5. Consuming foods low in protein, calcium, iron, vitamins and high in sugar and fats 6 check your blood pressure and cardiac status 7. Sedentary lifestyle.etc I will advise visit a physician and get yourself clinically evaluated and get your fat and body analysis done.
