Hi doc.. I m undergoing diet from 3 weeks and reduced almost 5 kgs...in these three weeks i follwed diet mixed having low carb, less salt, no oil, no sugar, wheat intake reduced to 1 chappati a week...and rrplaced with oats fruits and many more things including various teas also...as told by dietician...i want to ask that after seeing my reports she started giving my high protein diet...so will my weight will decrease on the same pace or it will get reduced.... I want it on 50 till 24 july...plz tell...thanku...

Hello... First point don't try loose weight drastically ,even that won't look good because your skin become loose ... Protein is releases less calories ... Its required at this age for growth and development... You are 5.1 now , do stretching exercise try to increase your height if possible , protein supplement will help for same purpose ...
