Diet plan to boost sperm motility
Hello , I have taken a sperm test recently and was told that the count is fine (20million/ml) but the motility is 3%. What daily diet can improve that. I am a vegetarian. No eggs.

Take balance diet Include in your diet olives, olive oil, banana,papaya. Drink enough water Do some exercise N you did not provide your basic information like height weight n many information we need for guiding
