Diet plan for hight LH level
Hi doctor... i have PCOD problem... my LH level is 23.90mil/ml... my AMH level 12.6... my my 5.6 and my weight is 50kg.. i am trying to conceive too... doctor told me i am not producing egg and if I produce also egg is not getting fertile... please give me a good diet plan to reduce LH level.. and give food plan which can help me to produce egg and release egg
