I have reduced 11 kg of weight since mid October and I am quite happy with the results. In order to lose weight I cycle 18km 3-4 days a week, 9km in the morning and 9km in the evening. I also followed a very strict diet avoiding
sugar as far as possible and minimising fat intake. I restricted my diet to 2-3 rotis per day and have almost completely given up eating rice. I have dosa or salad for lunch and fruits and coffee/tea for breakfast. I have 2 rotis one katori of cooked vegetables and one katori of dal for dinner. My calorie count averaged 600-700 per day during this period. Sometimes on weekends I have a heavy meal. I now want to maintain my weight and I feel like eating normal. Many times during the day I feel like eating a bit more. However I fear that my weight will start to increase if I start eating normal. I have observed that recently my weight is increasing very slightly despite eating only about 700-900 calories. Please suggest a normalisation strategy
