Diet in early stage of Pregnancy
What are the foods, fruits, vegetables, chocolates, Tea, should eat and should avoid in the very early stage of pregnancy?

Avoid spicy food and fried food, papaya, I can drink tea but in limit....otherwise u can eat anything which u like....even if u want to eat spicy u can eat but dear in limits......u can also eat fish like salmon, shrimp, crab if u r non veg as it contains low mercury content....can eat egg also one only... vegetables all u can take it....

Avoid any new foods for they can cause allergies Take lots of water and fruits juice Take curd rice and coconut rice and lemon rice and buttermilk and curds regularly Take a boiled egg daily Avoid coffee can take tea two cups a day Avoid high heels and weights lifting weights and stress and intercourses and travel
