Diet guidelines for Ayurveduc medicines
I want to know General diet guidelines while taking Ayurvedic medicines. I heard tamarind is not allowed. I want to know if all the sour foods (vitamin c) (like lemon, amla, orange etc) should be avoided as well? Are there any other foods to be avoided while taking the medicines?

Diet plan varies from patient to patient It is neither dependent on medicines nor dependent on disease. Instead this is dependent on the patient who got the disease, that is patient with the disease
