Diet for overall health.
I have slight pain in my bones and I feel low of energy. When I go for workout I can't push myself to very much extent . I am a vegetarian, may be I am missing some minerals or vitamins etc. So please suggest me something which can make me energetic and promote overall health and I want to reduce my weight approximately 7-9 kgs. As such I have no health issue I am ok. I go for walk or jogging these days. Approximately my step counts are around 5-8k. I am non smoker and teetotaller. I usually take 4 cups of tea a day. Please suggest me something natural or ayurvedic or something that have no side effect . If possible suggest me good foods to eat . So please suggest me multivitamin /milti mineral or something else with brand name . Regards

There might be vitamin D and B12 deficiency even check for thyroid. Increase Proteins intake and reduce on carbohydrates.

Hi You can go for vitamin D3 and b12 test as the bone pain can be due to vit D def and weakness can be the vit B12 def. you can have 1 fruit like 1 apple or banana before going for workout. You should complete at 10k steps per day. Take more of fruits, sprouts etc..
