Diet for kids
Hello sir Having 2 kids Elder girl kid 2 and half year 12kgs And boy is 19 months weight 11kgs Sir as we observe our kids are not growing weight might be and sometimes they not showing interest to eat . Not getting understood which food have to give them Am giving Quaker oats since year attached photo can this oats reduces weight or not pls tell so that i will stop and advice any food menu pls . Can I continue oats or not becoz its mentioned reduces fat so am thinking about their growth of weight getting reduce or not pls tell

Greetings. You should hVe some idea about feeding. These oats are good. But can give sometimes.I will give you list: Rice Dal,curd, carrots  spinach  ,kale, sweet potato , other greens, mashed green pea-s cottage cheese', sprouts soft steamed  ,egg, banana   fruits without seeds fresh lime juice which is good to develop taste. Priciple is start one new item at a time My favourite banana custatd.,Apple in two halves with skin and steam it . Feed with spoon Weaning means adult food at adult timings. Don't forget Hygieneand immunization Take care of mosquito to prevent malaria, dengue and filaria. Develop activity to give exercises. Healthy happy emotional wel being. Never shout or argue or abuse in presence of your children. They respond and show behavior problem.

Greetings , weight gain can be achieved by adding others foods like daal, egg , ghee etc to the food , kindly book a consultation, will discuss in detail about the things to be followed for weight gain.
