Hi, I need a cost effective dietitian for guiding me in food intakes. I need proper meals with good amount of healthy foods. I am a eggitarian. I do eat lot of healthy foods but the problem is I am not that aware of the nutrients I should be including for a particular meal. I excercise daily. Only problem is that of the food that I eat. I want to loose fat and grow muscles.

Substitute millets for rice wheat ,so that maximum amount of moisture and fibre is available along with nutrients required.
Practice maximum of two hrs of yoga,sports,exercise walking .....as physical activities everyday. Drink enough water.
