Please give me a proper diet chart. I want to loose weight. I am 81 kg n alao have pcod problem. M a nin- veg eater.

Hello, diet is better prepared considering the food habbits of that particular place , your weight could be due to pcos , as most of pcos condition associats with obesity , have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. Do yoga, aerobics exercise daily .
