Hi, To lose weight eat 5 small meals a day.Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.Drink6-8 glasses of water.Eat whole grains.Cut down on carbs and include proteins.sleep atleast 8 hrs a day. Consult privately  for a diet chart as individual needs are different
