I have Fatty Liver problem. I play cricket for 1.5hr at 6am. Then I have to go to office needs 1hr 45 minit each journey. I used to take tea and biscuit at 7.30 am and take rice and fish at 1pm take tea biscuit at 8pm then take dinner with rice at 10pm. Please suggest diet plan . office time 10am to 6pm
