I have 9 month daughter.so I want to know what food and fruit can give her everyday?

Dear parents,        First to know,      100ml milk gives 70 calories.       100gm food gives 350 calories of energy.        100ml juices gives 55 calories of energy. From 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet like Dal, dalia, khichdi, rice, alu, kela, apple, upaama, halwa, patoliya, raab, kadi, idle, poha etc. & from 8pm to 8am give milk if mother milk available its preferable, or toned milk.
