Diet and Blood group
The type of food varies as per the blood group is that true? I mean for different blood groups, different types of diets are given for optimal health and fat loss. Is the theory true and effective in real practice?

Hi, Blood group diet is a type of fad diet. Fad diet lacks balance of nutrients and should not be practised. It may give temporary result but in the long run will lead to Yo-Yo effect (Gaining weight after losing).
