Did not get periods from 5 months
Hi,
I was bewn identified with PCOD few years back, however, after exercising and diet, my cysts got removed and periods became regular, however, from last few months, I have started to face irregular periods and my last period was on 17th September 2024. After that, every month I feel ovulation is happening and do get cramps, but period doesnt come up. I have also shifted to a different country since November, I was hoping that maybe body is adjusting to everything, however, still there is nothing

Do not wait for more than 2 months for periods to resume.U need to take pregnancy test if sexually active and then take medication for bleeding if there's no pregnancy.Try to maintain diet and do regular exercise.
