Diarrhoea since 3 days.
Hi my baby is 8 months old, it's 3rd day where I am giving my baby oflox 50 rediuse, enterogerminia. But still baby is having watery stools, what can I do more, he is completely having watery stool nearly 4-5 daily, he is in teething process, how can I stop it? How much time will it take for diarrhoea to recover please tell

Seems like viral diarrhea. Oflox is no use and unnecessary

Will gradually reduce in 5 to 7 days. Give ors to prevent dehydration

It may take 7 days for the loose motions to stop. Diarrhoea is usually viral and stops on its own. We can only give good hydration and supportive care. You can take a second opinion from a senior pediatrician. Check up is needed

Acute gastroenteritis will take  atleast 3 days to subside
