Diarrhea and stool report attached
Dear sir/mam My baby(7 months) have diarrhea since 10 days in starting 6 days frequency of loose motion is 7-8 but now its 3-4 per day. My pediatrician advise for a stool test after that they are telling us that injection is required because infection is there. I requesting you please check the stool report and advice us that injection is required or if required then how much possibilities of curing about this condition

Report as such is less significant. Stool frequency 4 times a day at this age is normal. Can wait and watch for now, no need of injection.
