DIARRHEA AND ABDOMINAL PAIN
I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING ABDOMINAL , BACK PAIN FROM 2.5 MONTHS. THERE IS PROBLEM IN LOWER ABDOMEN. I HAD STOOL TEST AND IT SHOWS MUCUS AND BACILLI PRESENT. I HAD A ULTRASOUND AND IT SHOWED NORMAL RESULTS. I WAS GIVEN SOMPRAZ FOR 45 DAYS AND RINIFOL AND PANTOCID FOR 15 DAYS BUT THE CONDITION IS SAME.

Lower abdominal pain does not respond to sompraz or Pantocid. Since you had mucous in stool and lower abdominal discomfort, better to get your self evaluated by Gastroenterologist for colonic disease.
