Yes you should take it in the morning
Whether you would will get your periods because of the skipped pill will depend upon which day in the cycle this happened
Generally if you skip a single pill and take it the next day morning you will not bleed

Less than 12 hours between missed doses doesn't affect much. If you are having periods after taking dronis then it will again come with it.
