Sorry to say but there isn't any other options, she has to take the medicines otherwise the Arthritis will worsen and will affect her joints and bones. You can look into Ayurvedic treatment but her best course of action is to continue taking medicines

Positive anti CCP suggest rheumatoid arthritis. A problematic diseases if not tackled properly at the earliest. I suugest you kindly consult doctor. However don't woory yet about joint arthritis it takes time to develop.
