Hi How was it tested, by blood sample or glycometer. Was the pubs done 2 hrs after food..? These need to be considered. Ppbs is suggesting diabetic range, hence it needs to be confirmed with HbA1c and if both are in diabetic range you will be needing treatment. Pls note that FBS of 123 is definitely prediabetic. You would definitely need lifestyle intervention, diet monitoring, resistance training and weight loss if bmi is higher range and need testing for other comorbidities. FBS and ppbs and hba1c need to be done periodically and when found in diabetic range need medication along with lifestyle modifications.
