I am a diabetic patient and 65 years old . I have been taking nitravet 10mg for insomnia and Torvason F. These medicined are unfortunately not available in the market anywhere so plz if you could suggest me with a substitute of this two medicines.

U can buy Atorlip F in place of Torvason F. Nitravet is a sedative and you can't buy it or its substitute without doctors prescription.
