Diabetic ,fatty leaver issue
My wife has a problem of diabetic wants a good doctor who can really help me to come out this problem.
Everyday she has to lot of medicine causes appetite issue could not feel hungry n lot of gases issue.
We have consulted lot of doctors but not got satisfied results.

It depends up on the answer you want to hear. It might be the case the doctors are not giving you the answers you want to hear. Anyways loss of appetite your wife is suffering from might be secondary to some of the medications she is taking at the moment . Although you have not stated which medications she is taking it does appear that is on a group of medications called as DPP4 inhibitors which often can cause problems you described.
