Hello mam My sister is pregnancy 28 weeks running TIffa scan showing amnitic fluid 26cm and littlekidney swelling for baby as eor TIffa report Tgtr test advice attached picture Result :-  HBA1C 5.1.      Normal range FBS 106.              70-110 Ppbl 126.             90-160 Pls advice will it be consider for diabetic 250mg tablet written by doctor last 5 days ago Today suggested to 500mg pls advice about FBS IS NORMAL or high  we did FBS  PPBL TODAY even if she use diabetic talet will it be temporary till delevery or even after delevery aswell pls confirm Thanks

Fasting is high. Yes she needs to take tablets and diabetic diet and exercises too. One hour sugar value is also high. Share the ultrasound reports.little kidney swelling in baby is not normal,it needs further evaluation

fbs is high..so ahe needs proper treatment .or else it will effect the baby
