As per your mentioned symptoms you will not be benefitted from syzygium as it works best in cases of excessive thirst with increased urine frequency with sugar in urine. Based on your symptom of increased hunger there are multiple medicines but which suits best in your case need to be ruled out after proper case taking. So, you can consult on practo Or visit to your nearby homeopathic physician. Please note along with medicine you need to follow a proper diet. Consult a nutritionist or dietitian as well.

Hello. First of all - mother tinctures are not real homeopathic medicines. They are crude preparations from which Homeopathic medicines are prepared. A proper medicine must be selected for one patient after detailed case taking and that's individual. Using mother tinctures for health issues is like using crude oil for a vehicle run by petrol. Of course the vehicle might turn on and move. But you know that is not how a vehicle must move.

Kindly consult doctor for proper treatment... don't do self medication. Constitutional homoeopathic medicine can help you in this regard.
