Hello very high sugar levels. Invariably Insulin is required to control . But with monitored doses and exercise and diet plan it can be reduced and brought to. Normal in months . Discuss online or consult a dietician for diet plan

It's very high. Get hba1c test done. You may require insulin if tablets are not able to control sugar. You can take consultation so that I can talk to you and guide you better and advice you medication for this problem.
