If you are having any symptoms pertaining to the diabetes like, increased urination during night, weight gain in recent times, weakness you may go for tests like FBS, HBA1C. Feel free to connect once reports are ready

First thing is "Why do you think that you have Diabetes?" Second thing is that, One year is too long a period. Please get your blood sugar levels and HbA1c level done and consult with a General Physician.

It's good to hear that your sugar test in December 2022 was normal. Generally, if you have no symptoms or risk factors for diabetes, repeating the test every three years is typically sufficient. However, if you have symptoms like excessive thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, or unexplained weight loss, you should consider getting tested sooner. The symptoms of diabetes can include increased thirst, frequent urination, fatigue, blurred vision, and slow healing of wounds. If you're experiencing any of these, it’s important to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation. For a more comprehensive evaluation and personalized treatment plan, please feel free to reach out to me directly or WhatsApp me at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. -.

If you don't have diabetes, check your blood sugar levels occasionally for awareness, but if you're experiencing symptoms like excessive thirst, fatigue, or shakiness, consult a doctor.
Health Tips
For non-diabetic individuals: - Check blood sugar levels occasionally (e.g., during annual health check-ups) - Monitor for symptoms:     - Excessive thirst/urination
