Hi, I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and currently in insulin 16 units in the morning / afternoon (100ul fiasp insulin) and 11 units lantus at night..still my levels are spiking up like fasting 130 and PP is 230 and my endo is not increasing my units ..2 weeks before we used 40u syringe with 16 units insulin for 100u vile and I found out and asked my endo whether we have to 100u syringe since we are using 100u vile insulin..then he asked to use 100u syringe but no change in the insulin units since then my levels are spiking a lot I believe we are taking insulin very small quantity in the 100u syringe..can pls help on this as I am worrying a lot about baby's health..
