Hi, my mother aged 58 have got her sugar level tested today and results are fasting-128, post breakfast- 230. she is taking medicines for sugar. can you suggest what to do further? any medicine u suggest? is there anything to worry about? looking forward to hear from you.

Hi This does not tell the whole story , get the test done on another day and you are sure to have different results. One thing the results did confirm that the rise in sugar after her breakfast is due to the carbohydrate content of that meal. if that is the standard meal, she need to look after what she is having for the breakfast and change it accordingly.
