Diabetes and hypothyroid
I'm type 1 diabetic since 16 years of age and diagnosed with hypothyroid since 18 years of age and I'm putting on a lot of weight (currently 76kgs).Is it possible to lose weight with these conditions and my levels are either too high or too low...230 and 70 respectively
