Can an MBBS, DGO do C section or other gynac related surgeries? OR they have to take assistance of MS gynecology?

There is no difference between training of DGO and MS Gynae. The only thing is that there are laid down parameters as to how many MS seats and how many DGO seats can be there in which College. They are trained together.

As per any obstetric  and gynecological  emergencies  are concerned both MD and DGO are same But elective surgeries if any casuality occurs the patient may go for consumers  saying that inspite of sending to high qualified  dr the dgo dr done for Monetary  benefit So better caution U can do with help of MD
