Dey eyes or allergic conjunctivitis
How can i say if i am having only dry eyes or is it allergic conjunctivitis. I am attaching my eyes photos

As per your photograph, conjunctiva at inferior limbus seems hypertrophic . This could be allergic and needs a slit lamp viewing by an ophthalmologist. Moreover eye allergy also leads to dryness of eyes . So it’s interrelated

Dryness will with you gritty sensation , allergy will give you itching, redness and sometime swollen lids
