Dexona injection in pregnancy
Doctor has prescribed dexona injection of 2 ml in 3 doses at 36 weeks of pregnancy.my USG report is normal.fetal weight is showing as 2174+-200gm at 33 weeks.is it safer to take dexona injection at 36 weeks.? Does this affect my baby?

Dexona is not required if you have crossed 34 weeks. It s save any way in pregnancy

Mam it's safe. It's given for fetal lung maturity. Iys given in 4 doses 12 hours apart.
