Is it possible to undergo Deviated septum surgery (Septoplasty) with Local anesthesia which is limited to nose only.
I would like to avoid General anesthesia, putting myself into sleep like state.

Yes it is possible, however it depends on your pain tolerance if ul be able to get the surgery done under local anesthesia. General anesthesia is preferred if patient is anxious and has other co morbid conditions like heart problems.
