Deviated Septum and Anxiety
I have deviated nasal septum(DNS) as well as Anxiety. For DNS my right nostril is completely blocked. At night when I try deep sleeping, suddenly I have heart palpitations and feel I am not getting enough air for which I wake up, but then everything is fine. Can someone please tell is it because of anxiety or deviated nasal septum? Also I have breathing issues at day as well. CT SCAN ATTACHED

The DNS needs to be corrected and the best option is to undergo packless Endoscopic Nasal Surgery with LASER assisted Turbinoplasty of the hypertrophied Right Inferior Turbinate under General Anaesthesia. Since you are in the entertainment industry, this is your best option with good postoperative cosmesis as well as a functionally better nose.

You are welcome to come down to Bangalore and meet me and undergo this procedure here. You will need to be here for 2 weeks to completely recuperate from the surgery under my supervision to ensure great results.

You have a gross DNS and also inferior turbinate hypertrophy on other side because of which you have difficulty in breathing causing obstructing sleep apnea at night. Get yourself examined by a ENT specialist and get DNS operated.
