Deviated nasal septum
My septum is slightly toward right way.. I don't have any breathing problem... But my colleague say , while during sleep I use to snore ... Does I have ... This disease??

Deviated septum as such with symptoms of nasal obstruction,sinusitis,snoring may require surgical correction.
It needs evaluation with endoscopy/scans/sleep study if snoring.
Consult an ENT surgeon at the earliest.
