Developing ear infection
My daughter who studies in pune(from Bhopal)developed ear pain and infection with small boils 2 months back with cold also She was gve antibiotic with some oi tment Presently at bhopal she again dev pain Ent at bhopal gave antibiotic and drops but said that root cause of her infection is her scalp dandruff We will take ur opinion when her College reopens Meanwhile pl guide whether dandruff can solely cause this infection to reoc ur Regards

The infection may be because of other causes as well. Other causes should also be considered.
Otitis external is one common cause for ear pain.
