Can pregnancy be detected in ultrasound within 6-7 days of having intercourse? Period is still due, not missed yet. How long after having intercourse can pregnancy be detected by ultrasound and can it detect any sexual activity?

Pregnancy is detectable on ultrasound at 6-7 weeks gestation. Before that , we only have urine and blood tests to know about the pregnancy and it's healthy progression.

No pregnancy cannot be detected this soon IrRespective of the date of intercourse pregnancy test by urine or blood can be done 24 hours after a skipped period if you have a 30 day cycle trans vaginal scan can  pick up a pregnancy after  a week of the skipped period

Pregnancy is not detected within 5 days of intercourse. . Pregnancy test can be done after 3 weeks of intercourse ,betaHCG test.
