Men have a more thicker and greasier skin and men's skin care should be different from usual skin care products recommended for women. Tanning is of 2 types: immediate vs delayed Tanning. For this to be treated timely and quickly -firstly limit sun exposure -Use medicated brand of sunscreen -Wear full sleeved clothes

To prevent/ treat tanning, first and foremost step is to avoid excess sun exposure and use of sunscreen. The tanning which has occurred, can be taken care by depigmenting medications, or peels or laser toning. You can consult online with pictures.

Patches on ur face can be because of photoallergy. Need anti-inflammatory medications for treating the rash.Along with this Sunscreen with SPF above 30 is recommended.
