From past two months i m suffering from sleep deprivation as sleep came at 11 pm very rapidly ,but as between 1 am -2 am it break and then cyclone of thoughts start like whatever movie i have seen in day , concern about my health and many more things...and sleep doesn't come back.currently i m taking beclofen 10 mg before sleep by using this medicine thought don't come and sleep is followed by 2-3 break but came again within 1 minute.
